John has over 35 years in high-end general contracting and carpentry. He has been in business on his own for nearly 25 years under the John Michaels Contracting and iRenovate names with dozens of clients in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Staten Island and New Jersey, specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, brownstone renovation / restoration, structural repairs, window and door replacement and deck construction/repair.
